Privacy Policy

"Yumeyomi" (the "App") is a service that uses AI to read Japan's traditional dream divination, omens and auspicious signs. We respect your privacy and set out how personal and usage information is handled below.

1. Information We Collect

• Dream records, consultations, and readings: The dream and consultation text you enter, and the AI's readings. As a rule these are stored only on your device and are not saved on our servers.
• Usage data: Information such as your number of uses is stored on your device for plan limits.
• We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, or email (no account registration is required).

2. Transmission to External Services

• AI readings (Anthropic, Inc.'s Claude API): To produce dream and consultation readings, the text you enter is sent via our server infrastructure (Supabase) to Anthropic's API. The transmitted text is used solely for the reading, is not stored on our servers, and is handled in accordance with the policies of Anthropic and Supabase.
• Payment (RevenueCat / Apple / Google): For purchasing and managing one-time Premium, purchase-status information is processed by RevenueCat and the app stores. Payment details (such as card numbers) are managed by the stores; we do not retain them.

3. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we deliver gentle messages matched to your recorded dream as local notifications on your device. You can turn notifications off at any time from the App's settings or your device settings.

4. Data Deletion

From the App's "Settings › Delete account and data," you can permanently delete the dream diary, readings, and settings stored on your device at any time. Deleted data cannot be restored.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not sell or provide your information to third parties (other than as necessary for the readings and payment processing in section 2 above).

6. Children

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the App or on this page.
