Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Yumeyomi" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is an entertainment and self-care service that reads the dreams and consultations you record with the help of AI, drawing on Japan's traditional dream divination, omens, auspicious signs (zuichō, such as dragons and white snakes), feng shui, the zodiac and similar ideas.

2. Not Medical Advice (Disclaimer)

The App's readings and messages do not provide any medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice, and divination results do not guarantee the future. If you have any health concerns, please consult a doctor or qualified professional. We accept no responsibility for any outcome arising from use of the App.

3. Pricing (One-time Premium)

• Premium is a one-time purchase of ¥300 (tax included), paid once. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew (the actual amount follows the equivalent local currency shown in your App Store).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• After a single payment, you may use Premium features with no further charges.

4. Usage Limit and Reset

• With Premium, you may use dream and consultation readings up to 30 times in total within any 30-day period.
• This allowance works on a 30-day rolling basis and resets automatically once 30 days have elapsed (no extra steps or payment required).

5. Free Plan and Limits

On the free plan, dream readings and consultation readings can each be tried up to 5 times in total (this trial allowance does not reset). Dream diary storage covers the most recent 7 days. Premium expands these limits.

6. Refunds

As Premium is a one-time purchase, there is no auto-renewal. Refund eligibility and procedures follow the policies of each app store (App Store / Google Play).

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
• Acts that infringe the rights or interests of third parties or of the Company

8. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the Company or the rightful owners.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
